This explains what we collect when you request a quote, why we collect it, and who it goes to.

Plumber Fulshear operates plumberfulshear.shop, a lead-generation and referral website serving Fulshear, Texas and the surrounding area. We are not a plumbing contractor. We do not employ plumbers and we do not perform plumbing work. Our role is to take your request and connect you with an independent licensed plumbing contractor.
When you submit a quote request, we collect only what the form asks for:
We use this information to contact you about the request you submitted, to understand what service is needed and where, and to pass the request to a plumbing contractor who can help. We do not use it for anything else without telling you first.
This is the part that matters most, so it is stated plainly. When you submit a request and check the consent box, your information may be shared with an independent plumbing contractor so that they can contact you and provide a quote. That contractor is a separate business. Once your information reaches them, their own privacy practices apply to how they handle it, and we do not control those practices.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with contractors you have not asked us to connect you with, beyond the one handling your request. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join.
By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you agree that we and a plumbing contractor we connect you with may contact you at the phone number and email you provided, about the request you submitted. You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us, or by telling the contractor directly. Withdrawing consent does not affect contact that already happened.
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. If you want your information deleted, contact us and we will remove it from our records. We cannot delete it from a contractor's records — you would need to ask them directly.
Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, which may include the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to obtain a copy. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify who you are before acting on it.
This site may use basic analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they view. We do not send your name, phone number, email address or the content of your request to any analytics provider. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date shown below. Material changes to how your information is shared will be reflected here before they take effect.
Questions about this policy, or requests about your information, can be sent to the contact address listed on this site. We will respond within a reasonable period.
